Prakash, the host, is extremely kind and helpful. He even woke up extra early when I went on an early-morning trip, to ensure I had some breakfast. He was also very flexible about my arrival time, and got in touch with me every evening to see if I needed anything. As a western woman travelling alone, I felt safe and protected. Breakfast was abundant and varied, and there was a kettle with tea and coffee in the room, plus another kettle, a toaster and a fridge in the common living-room. The location is great, within walking distance from the Ganges, Ram Juhla and Janaki Juhla, and the main road from which one can take rickshaws for nearby locations. I absolutely recommend it, and I will certainly stay there again on my next visit to Rishikesh

“Highly Recommend - such a great place to stay.”

The setting is very quiet yet within walking distance of all the activity. The room featured a large, comfortable bed, a pristine bathroom, and all the amenities you could wish for, plus extras. Prakash, the host and manager, is outstanding—always present when needed and discreet otherwise. He whips up a superb breakfast and gives precise, helpful advice on where to go and when. No negatives.

The man was friendly and extremely helpful, going out of his way to ensure a smooth transfer to my next destination. Breakfast was excellent. The air conditioner, however, was very noisy.

“Great location, very nice small hotel, super nice breakfast served”

Everything was fantastic, and administrator Mr. Prakash was very friendly and supportive. The location is ideal—outside Rishikesh’s noisy center yet closer than Tapovan, where traffic jams are constant. This small hotel sits in a restricted-access neighborhood, so it’s very calm, clean, and restful, perched on a hill. It’s only a 10‑minute walk to Ram Jhula and a 15‑minute walk to the central market area of Rishikesh. The hill can be a bit tough to climb in the evening if you’re tired, especially if you plan to walk home. But most tuktuks and taxis know how to reach this area.
