“Beautiful Victorian lodging in southern Oregon.”

The Victorian architecture of this hotel is simply breathtaking, and staying in a historic register building was amazing; the atmosphere was fantastic and we appreciated that there was no staff present, while the check‑in process was easy and everything was made convenient with electronic locks. It is a very unique property and definitely worth a stay, though it could have been closer to the main downtown area, but that was not an issue.

I booked one night in the hotel spontaneously after a campsite fell through, and the stay was a real treat. I stayed in the honeymoon suite, which I believe was #7, featuring a small living room with a gaslit fireplace, a little kitchenette, a wonderfully comfy four‑poster bed, and a huge bathtub. The common room downstairs had newish tourist info books, some games, water, and a great selection of teas and coffee. I didn’t use the garden, but it looked pleasant. Ashland Food Co‑op is within walking distance and has everything you might need, plus great hot breakfast and coffee options. I walked to Lithia Park and downtown Ashland twice, which was very doable. I felt like a queen! I can’t really think of anything negative.

Walking distance to center. Prefer hotels with staff on site Bed was very high Would be nice provide fruit or something in the morning since no breakfast provided
