“Comfortable stay in Beijing”

Staff was friendly and communication was decent even though they didn't speak English. Our room was upgraded to one with windows. Little Y from the reception was very helpful and polite. The room was clean, the bed comfortable and the location was 5 minutes away from Guangqumenwai station and had several restaurants and convenience stores nearby. I would love if they had a common space to hang out.

The location is near the metro, 5 minutes away, with a tasty coffee shop, a McDonald’s, shops and other cafés. The girl at reception is very pleasant, helped arrange a cosmetics delivery to the hotel 🙏🏻🤍. In the room they always changed the towels and water! I recommend it. It is inconvenient that there is no partition between the toilet and shower and everything is in water.

“Excellent staff and good location”

The staff were exceptional, especially Ms. Song who ran out to get us some salt so we could rinse a cut I got, and the hotel is conveniently located near the subway station, but the bathroom and room were very small and the location listed in the booking app is actually about half an hour from the real hotel; our cab driver luckily called the hotel and figured it out.

“Really good stay, welcoming staff and ideal to short stays.”

The front desk girls were incredibly welcoming and helpful, and the rest of the staff were just as friendly and ready to assist whenever I needed something. They communicated smoothly and always offered translation help. The only downside was that the bathroom and shower were not separated.
