Everything was accessible, but the host was terrible with communication. I had to contact him a day before to learn how to check in and he only replied two hours later. On the day of arrival I couldn’t reach the room, tried calling the host repeatedly with no answer until a neighbour helped me in. The host finally answered 45 minutes late, which is unacceptable. To make matters worse, the property turned out to be a shared guesthouse, which was not mentioned anywhere—an enormous disappointment for someone who values privacy.

The room was damp and swarmed with fruit flies, everything smelled like mold, towels were unclean, the shower and kitchen were filthy, and it was a waste of money.

The spot is convenient, shops, restaurants, and a bus stop nearby, and the promenade is a 5‑minute walk; check‑in was quick, linens were clean, and there were plenty of kitchen tools. However, the description claimed a private kitchen, which is false—there’s a shared kitchen on two floors for eight rooms, it’s dirty, and it felt like the room hadn’t been cleaned before we arrived. Doors, windows, and the floor were filthy. During our week, the kitchen and dining area weren’t cleaned. The bathroom door opens with a loud noise, there’s no ventilation, the room window lock is broken, the outdoor dining area smells of sewage, and the pillows are too small.

The city location is nice, and the room is normal and clean. The kitchen and bathroom are very dirty, and there’s no shampoo or even hand soap.
