The place is tiny and peaceful, with plenty of lounge chairs that are never full. Reception was staffed by a genuinely friendly guy, though the rest of the team was a mix of pleasant and a bit clumsy, rarely smiling. Breakfast was decent and filling, good value for money, and I'd stay again, but the room only got power when I hooked the key‑chain metal loop onto a switch, and the floor was never swept – only towels and the toilet got attention.

The fridge in my room barely kept anything cold, and the staff seemed to answer every question with a heavy sigh, as if they were forced to work. Reception was practically empty, so you have to be first for breakfast and after 9 am the buffet isn’t restocked, with dyed sausages and salami of dubious quality. The coffee from the machine tasted more like sweetened 3‑in‑1 powder than real coffee.

For the price I paid, everything turned out perfect. No complaints at all.

“Foarte buna cazarea doar ca vad si ei de atata timp recenziile la internet si mancare si ar trebui sa le pese!”

The room was spotless and surprisingly large, with a very comfortable bed and a quiet atmosphere. Unfortunately there was no internet in the room and the breakfast was downright awful. Overall a mixed experience.

The hotel’s location is unbeatable – within a ten‑minute walk to the biggest markets, a pharmacy, car‑rental, bus station, Shushan restaurant and a Chabad house. Rooms are fairly spacious, cleaned every other day, and each comes with a balcony, large windows and a comfortable bed; the staff were friendly, especially the night‑shift person who spoke good English and helped whenever needed.
