The host was cute and gave us grapes, the dog was sweet, the location was lovely, there was an excellent restaurant nearby—Morris Restaurant—everything was very clean and comfortable with privacy, and the apartment was fairly new; at 58, I found the mattress a bit hard (maybe it's just my taste).

The panoramic location was clean and close to the race track.

The property was suitable for the area we chose to visit (Fragneto Monforte), the zone was very quiet, and I’d return to explore the town better; I would suggest adding a Wi‑Fi repeater near the rooms because the signal is weak.

Breakfast was standard, the location was more than optimal, envied by colleagues, just a few kilometers from our commitment.
