Everything felt wonderful and comfortable overall, but breakfast could use improvement; the staff were warm and friendly, yet the selection—especially vegetarian options—was lacking.

The stay was very pleasant; the staff were cooperative, cleanliness was on point, and housekeeping did a good job, yet the car parking was a nuisance with no proper lights, a tiny gap between hydraulic jacks that made it hard to open the car doors, oil and grease from the suspension splashing onto our shirts, and rusted water dripping inside the basement parking that damaged my car’s paint; we also struggled with room keys because the hotel couldn’t provide two per room, so when one partner needed rest and the other wanted early breakfast, we had to ring the bell and disturb the other person, which was very irritating.

The location was perfect and the cleaning staff always greeted us with a smile; breakfast in the morning was excellent, parking was convenient, and the lifts were spotless, yet the noise from the coriander room next to 316 was loud and disturbing, we waited 20 minutes for our room to be ready, and the bedding, floor mat, hand towels, and soap were still from the previous occupants.
