I was disappointed that the room I booked advertised a sauna, yet it turned out to be a tiny sauna with a vestibule where beds were set up. The sauna itself was non‑functional, and nowhere in the booking was it mentioned that it wouldn’t work. I also wasn’t told beforehand that the toilet and shower were shared by almost all guests. The communal toilets were dirty, and the doors creaked loudly, so the noise could be heard throughout the hotel. The shared shower had the same issue. I only learned about the shared facilities and the need for a pre‑payment after the owner sent me a message post‑booking. The payment request was odd: the owner asked me to transfer money and wrote in the payment note “відшкодування за вжитий інвентар” instead of “pre‑payment for accommodation.” All of this – the broken sauna, shared toilet and shower, and the pre‑payment requirement – should have been disclosed during the booking so guests could make an informed decision.

This place is an amazing spot for a calm and cozy getaway! The main highlight is the incredible beach: crystal‑clear water, soft sand, and a very easy, smooth entry into the sea. The whole area feels like a complete relaxation zone, warm, and spotless. The staff are very friendly and attentive to every detail, making the stay as comfortable as possible. Perfect for anyone who wants to recharge and restore energy. We’ll gladly come back!

The accommodation is wonderful, clean, and comfortable. It feels very cozy. Walking onto the premises gives you the impression of being in a snug courtyard somewhere in Greece near the sea, which is fantastic!

I’ll leave an honest review that might help others. The biggest drawback is the air conditioning. There is no individual unit in the room; a shared system serves all rooms. The owners turned it on only twice a day for 20–30 minutes each time. Because the room is very small, it quickly heats up again, making it very hot to stay in. When it rained outside, the owners decided the outside was cool enough, so they didn’t turn on the AC at all, even though the room was still stuffy. The walls are very thin. You can hear everything: neighbors’ conversations, the TV, footsteps, even someone using the toilet. Forget about a peaceful stay. Another issue is the distance to the sea. On the phone they told us it was a 5–7 minute walk, but in reality the walk takes about 15 minutes. There were also water problems. Several evenings there was no water at all, or it came in intermittent bursts, which was very inconvenient after the sea. I was prepared for a small room, but the photos made it look much larger. In reality the room was so small that our minibus, which we arrived in, seemed only a few centimeters larger. It was very uncomfortable. Unfortunately, the overall experience was negative, and I would not choose this hotel again.
