Luxurious breakfast and a nice setting. The water pressure is bad, almost no flow. At the bar we wanted to order coffee, but we had to wait; there was utter chaos, and after 20 minutes of waiting for service we gave up.

The location is exceptional, beautiful woods, Medlovský pond right by the hotel, and some balconies look straight onto it. The staff are smiling. Plenty of places for hiking. Dinner requires advance notice and isn’t à la carte but a buffet.

The front‑desk staff were very friendly and helpful. I was very disappointed with the hotel. The facilities are at least 50 years old and in poor condition. The room had a musty smell and was extremely cold; there was no heating. The kind lady at the front desk helped me with an electric heater. The hotel is wonderfully quiet in the woods, but it urgently needs renovation. I paid over 80 € for one night, and the value for money is not at all justified. Breakfast was okay, but not outstanding.

They serve breakfast with a Swedish‑style buffet and dinner as a buffet too, offering a wide selection. The location is very pleasant.
