“Fabulous. Well worth a visit and will be back!”

The recent renovation looks stunning, and the staff were exceptional. We loved our spa day and ate at Rialto Italian, which was lovely, as was breakfast. I had a facial with Erin and it was amazing. The only criticism is that the cocktail menu in the Rooftop needs rethinking; the environment is beautiful but the cocktail selection was limited and missed the traditional drinks we all love. They tried to make what we asked for but lacked the necessary ingredients.

The hotel rooms and spa were fabulous. The restaurant Rialto was very overpriced and the food was mediocre.

“Wonderful three nights”

The staff were all wonderfully helpful, and the breakfast was fantastic. Nothing was lacking; every detail of the bedroom and bathroom layout was thoughtfully designed for guest comfort.

“Lovely and relaxing”

The surroundings were beautiful and the spa was good. The room was very spacious, spotless, and the food and service were excellent. The spa could use a bit of TLC: several items were not working, the foot spa was out of order, the cold room was not functioning, and the central fountain was below capacity.
