I liked the view, but the bathroom fixtures were a problem – the toilet leaked and the tin was rusted.

The staff were excellent and very friendly, yet the cleaning was lacking and they didn’t change the towels.

The free‑use pool and restaurant were great, but even though the place was clean they still missed basics like extra toilet paper, towel replacements, and daily trash removal.

The view of La Herradura and Don Daniel’s attentive service were nice, but the beds were uncomfortable, the cabin smelled bad and was locked because of the odor that spread throughout, the breakfast was overly basic for the price, the reception staff were neither pleasant nor helpful, and the cabins needed maintenance with broken lamps, loose boards, a loose toilet seat, and other issues.
