Very dirty and chaotic, especially with the bed assignments.

Everything is terrible; even if another guest had shown you the door code, you couldn't learn it. The business never answers questions.

A very unsafe place, no assigned bed or room, and there were people living there who wouldn't let me into a room claiming it was theirs and shouted at me. It feels like the Wild West and not Vienna.

В этом месте мы останавливались уже второй раз, но больше - НИКОГДА! Мы заплатили за номер с завтраком. Утром, когда я написала вопрос: где и когда будет завтрак, я получила ответ, что сегодня завтрак будет в 11:00. Это при том, что выезд из номера по правилам должен быть до 11:00. Нам нужно было быть на вокзале в 10:30, мы не могли оставаться дольше и уехали. Никто не принес нам извинений и не вернул деньги, заплаченные за еду, которую никто не собирался нам предоставлять. Такое с нами впервые. Это мошенники!
