The spot was decent and the staff were really friendly, but my husband booked a smoking room and neither of us saw that detail in the listing. The front desk warned us before we got to the room, but they couldn’t switch it because there were no vacancies. The room definitely had a smoking odor, and there were ash and burn marks all over the place, which is expected but still unpleasant.

The location was fine, yet the mirrors were dirty, the bed sheets were soiled, and there was a pile of hair behind the beds from other guests. Breakfast was subpar; most items were expired and not worth eating.

There were no towels or toilet paper, the water was cold, and the phones didn’t work. When I mentioned the water issue, the front desk blamed a storm that hadn’t even occurred on Saturday or Sunday night. Staff were eating breakfast while we waited. The walls were incredibly thin, and a fellow guest reported roaches in their room—none of which I saw. The room itself had a sewer-like smell.
