A family‑friendly vibe that’s perfect for nature lovers, with plenty of activities for kids and adults alike, like the pool with the giant flamingo. The dogs were friendly, and the surrounding area offers many summer attractions—wish we’d stayed longer. Bonus: we visited during a Perseids shower, and the low light pollution made stargazing a treat.

An unusual spot that offers lodging in a fresh way: a sizable plot with four well‑furnished tents, comfy beds, warm blankets, and a heater for chilly nights. The bathrooms are clean and tidy, and there’s coffee, tea, water, and a covered dining area. The owner is very pleasant. Even though the weather was bad, the kids and we were thrilled. The only slight drawbacks were that the outdoor pool could be cleaner and a dedicated dish‑washing area would help.
