“Must be one of the best locations in Madrid!”

I recently stayed at this hotel in central Madrid, and it exceeded my expectations. The hotel's proximity to Gran Via and Sol Metro/train stations made it incredibly convenient for exploring the city and getting to the airport. Although the area can get a bit noisy, I found it didn't bother me too much. My room on the first floor was spacious, with comfortable beds and a well-appointed bathroom. The friendly and helpful staff were always available at the front desk, 24/7.

“Hardly 3 stars”

Unfortunately, my stay at this hotel was marred by several issues. While the location was excellent, the hotel itself was quite basic, and our room was smaller than we had anticipated. To make matters worse, we were not provided with a double bed as we had specifically requested 10 days in advance. The cold weather made things even more uncomfortable, as the heating was only available upon request.
