I had a great stay; the staff were helpful and very friendly, and the room was clean and comfortable with a great view. I didn’t use any of the amenities, but the included breakfast was exceptional—would stay there every time I travel to downtown Toronto! The only downside was that there weren’t enough towels for the number of guests; only one set was provided, but the staff were happy to help.

We enjoyed a beautiful room on the 20th floor overlooking the islands and ferries; it was gorgeous, clean, and comfortable. We were within a 10‑15 minute walk to downtown sights like Rogers Arena, CN Tower, Union Station, Harbourfront, and more. My only complaint was not knowing where to find the amenities in the hotel; it’s so big that locating sitting areas, balconies, the pool, etc. would have improved our stay.
