The location was the only good thing, but the bed sheets were dirty and three spiders waited for me in the room. When I arrived, a drug‑using, drooling man followed me while the parking lot was empty, and the person who just checked me in wouldn’t let me take my luggage from the car to the room because he was staring at me until I showed him my bear spray. He then walked away. I called the office for help, but the parents who don’t speak English didn’t assist me. Apparently, a long‑term guest who is on drugs daily is pacing in the parking lot all day, staring at my window and car. I wish I could upload a video of him. I couldn’t sleep because I was terrified he would break in. The next day, Friday, the rooms were noisy all night, and at 3:30 a.m. I was knocked on my door, which I didn’t answer because I was scared. It was a terrible experience, and I will never return.

The parking was free and close to the door. The website advertised a non‑smoking facility, and the AI on the site confirmed it, yet we were given a smoke room, which was a big let‑down. The receptionist was clueless about the non‑smoking claim, even though it was posted in several places. My friend has asthma, so this was especially problematic. She offered to move us to a non‑smoking room for an extra fee, but I didn’t want to pay more for something that was advertised as not allowed. We had specifically filtered for non‑smoking. International cards weren’t accepted, making payment tough. The room was visibly dirty in the corners, Wi‑Fi was awful, and there was no shampoo or conditioner in the shower. I would not recommend this place and won’t return.
