The hotel is close to the station, quiet, clean, and the staff are helpful. There is a luggage storage service on site. The TV in the room, however, isn’t working.

The check‑in was a nightmare. I arrived at about 10:20 PM and found no front desk at the residence. I hadn’t been told beforehand that I had to pick up my key from another hotel. I tried to contact the property but got no reply. Because I didn’t have a French number, I couldn’t call them easily, and they didn’t provide a WhatsApp or other online contact for international guests. With no response, I had to ask a passerby to call the property for me. The person I asked was drunk and kept suggesting I stay with him in his extra room, which made me feel very unsafe. After finally learning where to get the key and going to the other hotel, the staff member who handed it to me said he couldn’t help me at the residence because he couldn’t leave his workplace. When I finally entered my room, I was shocked by its state: it clearly hadn’t been cleaned after the previous guest, with rubbish in the room, used towels on the bathroom floor, hair in the shower, a dirty toilet and shower, and the bed in a terrible condition—used by the previous guest, sheets unchanged, and unmade. I have photos that show exactly what I found. It was already late, and after everything that had happened, I didn’t feel comfortable going back. I couldn’t sleep on the bed, so I had to lay a bedsheet over the sofa and sleep there for the whole first night. I called the property around 11 PM to report the issue but got no response.
