It was a lovely place to stay with a peaceful atmosphere. Breakfasts were excellent, and the host offered helpful tips on sightseeing, travel routes, and nearby restaurants. Communication was prompt and smooth. There is nothing about the property that I disliked.

A tiny, spotless room with a stunning view, TV and Wi‑Fi both working, a clean bathroom and hot water always on. Owner Joseph was a great host, and the breakfast was a real treat. They even served gawa as a welcome drink because we’re from Saudi Arabia. Loved the stay.

God bless the host, Mr. Youssef—he is very kind, helpful, and diligent. I stayed with them for two days, which was one of the best hotels I’ve ever been in, and he guided me through the city’s tourist spots, events, and local culture. I stayed at Monar for four days, two days with another hotel and two days with Mr. Youssef. I wish I had spent all four days with him; he was very fast and precise with his timing. As soon as I booked, he called me directly and the route to the hotel is not far from the city center; some parts of the road need repair but it’s still a beautiful and safe path. I booked a standard room, and when Mr. Youssef learned we were from Saudi Arabia, he was overjoyed and upgraded our reservation, giving us a premium room—the largest room—which was a very kind gesture. Mr. Youssef speaks a little Arabic but is fluent in English and professional in his dealings. He promises a delicious breakfast, and I would never hesitate to book with him again. Even if you don’t have a plan, he’ll help you arrange one, and he also offers a safari trip at a great price. Thank you, Mr. Youssef.

Svetlana from Croatia loved the stay. The room was ordinary but extremely clean and tidy, and the TV was the only thing I found working on the property in India. Breakfast sandwiches tasted great, and the bathroom and toilet were very clean and dry.

Thanks to Joseph for his hospitality; he cared for us from check‑in to check‑out, which was much appreciated. The room was excellent, clean, and offered a beautiful mountain view with a balcony. Everything was so good that I felt at home. For those who want to stay away from Munnar town, this place is less crowded and feels homely, and we had plenty of nearby attractions. Joseph guided us with all the details.
