We stayed in a big, airy apartment that had all the modern comforts you could want, and the owners lived on‑site and were extremely friendly. Its spot between Flachau and Schladming ski areas (about a ten‑minute drive each way) was ideal, and the price felt right for what you got. Just be aware that the only full bathroom is attached to the master bedroom, so anyone in the other room has to go through that space to shower or wash up.

The location was fantastic and the unit comfortably fit five of us, with a well‑equipped kitchen that made cooking easy. Staff were super friendly and helpful throughout. The only hiccup was a single shower, which was a bit inconvenient but manageable; having two would have been nicer.
