The location was good. I was told the room was on stairwell C, but there was no signage to help me find it. Inside the room there was no stool or luggage support, and the bathroom lacked even a glass to hold a toothbrush. The shower foam was overly diluted. I asked the manager whether breakfast was included, and only on the day of departure was I told it was not, but that coffee pods would be left in the room. Unfortunately, there were no coffee pods at all! The manager apologized for not responding promptly, explaining that she had not turned on the company phone over the weekend. I wonder what would have happened if we had needed assistance with a more serious issue: would we have been left completely without help? Overall, the experience was disappointing, both because of the shortcomings in the room and the poor availability and communication from the manager.

Nice modern décor, good security, very comfortable mattresses and bedding. The bathroom is convenient and spacious. The kitchen is overall.

Very good check‑in instructions. The apartment is fully equipped. Directly in the city centre.

The room was very clean. The host was extremely helpful in meeting our needs and also suggested great places for dinner. The location is superb.
