“Decent place but the entire hotel is cramped”
The room was comfortable, clean and even had a balcony. The staff, however, were not professional, though they managed the situation.

Everything is good, from a firm mattress (not like sinking ones) to car parking. Breakfast is also good, with nice service from chef Philomina. Overall a good 1 day stay. There was wrongly written for the room as 2 Double beds, in a deluxe twin room, otherwise i could have booked a king suite. And till time i had decided for an extra bed, the staff had already left

The hotel is poorly maintained and overpriced for its quality, with a nightly rate of 3.5K that feels unjustified; the staff and location might deserve a 5/5, but everything else is zero, and the property is old, shredded, dirty, and the washrooms are in disrepair.

The room was spacious and had a pleasant scent, but it was not clean and the water heater was malfunctioning.

The location was great, rooms were clean and beautiful, the bed was comfortable, and everything was well placed; the space was generous, but I disliked that the washroom door didn’t close and the washbasin tap leaked, forcing us to shut the valve each time, which was a bit inconvenient.
