The spot was ideal, the service very warm, and breakfast was outstanding. It would have been better to have two coffee machines in the morning so the line wouldn’t get so long, and the buffet area felt quite cramped.

We were moved to the neighboring Pension Kreuzeck and upgraded. Instead of a room, we received a full apartment with a balcony overlooking the mountains and the village. The decor was rustic‑modern and very appealing. Dinner was good, outstanding, but the breakfast was everything one could imagine.

Breakfast was very good with fresh products and the staff were friendly. The rooms were clean but had old‑fashioned furnishings and lacked comfort; it would have been acceptable if the place weren't so overpriced. The dinner included in the half‑board was a joke: the paprika chicken consisted of a few bone‑laden meat pieces and a handful of spaetzle, and the dining area was very cramped.

We felt very comfortable; everything was set up with a lot of love for detail and looks great. The staff were super friendly and accommodating, and our bicycles were given a lockable storage. We booked the half‑board option and highly recommend it! I was especially pleased with the hammock offering a mountain view.
