Breakfast was so-so, not better than other hotels; I didn’t like having to go to the 3rd floor for ice, the hallway had no air flow during the day, I had to hunt for an ironing board because none was in the room, and the extra towels I requested didn’t arrive before I got there.

I’ve stayed here for 4 years while working downtown Houston; the location is very convenient, my room is spacious and comfortable, and the price makes it a better option than an apartment; the staff are all friendly and efficient, so it’s the best living choice for me.

The hotel was close to the conference we attended. 1. The rooms were dirty, smelled musty, dirty floors, stained bed sheets, and ripped furniture. 2. The outside of the building is not good. 3. Breakfast was not prepared for the amount of guests i believe. We came to Breakfast and hour after opening and the only thing that was there was waffle mix. The waffle mix was sour and gross!

The air conditioning worked, and the room was a decent size for the price. However, there was mold on the coffee packets, the mini‑fridge wasn’t very cold, the TV was broken, and I saw moldy stains on the mattress covers.
