The stay surpassed every expectation, not only because of the high quality of the property but especially due to the marvelous hospitality received. Sabrina is truly special, blending friendliness and professionalism with genuine humanity and attention, making me feel more like family than just a guest. She cared for me with rare kindness, always ready to give advice, directions, or a small hand‑out even for everyday needs that arise while traveling. It’s these spontaneous, never‑overused gestures that make a stay unforgettable. The location is great, the building welcoming, meticulously maintained, and the breakfast excellent. What I’ll carry with me is mainly the warmth with which I was welcomed. I’m deeply grateful to Sabrina for all her attentions. Meeting people who do their job with such passion and heart is wonderful. I’ll definitely return with immense pleasure!

The owner is a lovely person. On the first day she suggested places to eat, what to see in the city and region. The breakfast was typical Italian, everything fresh and tasty. The location is very comfortable, close to the station and the promenades.
