We felt very comfortable here! It’s a small, family‑run, well‑maintained hotel with only 15 rooms. Everything feels personal and there’s no mass‑service. The house has charm and flair. Free parking is ample. It can feel a bit tight, but the owner even helped me park personally 😅. The location is nice and quiet. A bike rental and a Konzum supermarket are right in the neighborhood. Mulini Beach is about a 10‑minute walk, and the stunning old town of Rovinj is roughly 20 minutes away. I stayed with my two daughters (16 and 13). Our room was air‑conditioned and had a lovely, spacious balcony. The owner, manager, and all staff were exceptionally nice and warm. The lady at breakfast was an angel ❤️. The rooms were cleaned daily by picobello. Breakfast is small but fine: everything is adequate, tasty, and always refilled immediately. I especially liked the well‑kept outdoor areas. The breakfast room, garden, and terrace are very tastefully designed, clean, and tidy – you can see the love that goes into the work. The only thing I’d have liked was a larger trash bin and a kettle in the room for a coffee lover like me ☕😅. We’d come back anytime!

The hosts were very helpful, the garden was tidy, and we experienced great cleanliness. We brought a dog and they welcomed it with lots of affection. The beach is about 1 km away, rocky and pebbly. There is also a dog beach there, which is why we chose it. The Wi‑Fi was weak.
