I booked through a site and never received a room. The staff had no idea, and I had to wait for the manager; no seating or drinks were offered.

We were able to use the wellness area without interruption, and every staff member was helpful and very friendly. The cake is recommended, and we enjoyed breakfast on the beautiful terrace. The location is on a very busy street, so sleeping with the window open is difficult; the air conditioning helps during heat.

The service was fantastic, especially when the hotel manager personally drove us to the restaurant because we couldn’t get a taxi. It’s a lovely family‑friendly hotel, relaxed yet with great quality and a delicious spa. The spa area could have had a bar.
