The staff really cared and were very kind.
Excellent location and great staff treatment.
I loved how quiet and clean everything was; it felt like a peaceful retreat.

“regular”
The spot was great, but we were freezing. In a two‑storey hotel, I never heard that you had to ask for the heating to be turned on.
“Buena ubicación y atención”
The room was super comfy and the staff were friendly.
Excellent location and great staff treatment.
“un papelon”
Not at all impressed. First, the ad promised a private parking spot, but that wasn't the case and they still charged us. Second, no hot water. Third, breakfast was a joke – they told us to call the hotel, but it was low quality for the price we paid.
The four‑person rooms had decent, clean bathrooms, but the twin rooms were awful. The shower was on top of the toilet, making it hard to use. Also, the night receptionist didn’t explain where we could park, and we ended up breaking a hotel toilet because of poor signage. They should clarify and improve the parking layout.
