“Clean and in good location”

We spent a single night here and the place was spotless, almost brand new. The bed was super comfy, and the kitchen had every appliance you could imagine. There were also some tasty breakfast snacks and coffee. The spot is super convenient; we took a bus and the stop was right nearby, with buses running every few minutes. The host was very courteous and answered any questions quickly. All in all, it was a great experience and I’d definitely recommend it.

“Consigliatissimo”

The spot is convenient for reaching the city center by bus, the room and bathroom are well furnished and clean, there’s a terrace, the breakfast has packaged items, the kitchen is well equipped, and there’s air‑conditioning in both the room and kitchen. Mrs Stefania is courteous and helpful, and check‑in time is flexible. The air‑conditioner is a bit noisy. The description didn’t make it clear that the kitchen is shared with another room, which could have been better specified, though it wasn’t a problem for us.

“Appartamento interessante e strategico”

The flat is well kept, stocked with everything you need for a stay, and easy to reach; the owner is extremely helpful and prepared. Parking is available nearby. It sits in a great spot to get to Bologna’s center and is ideal for someone who needs to support a relative undergoing surgery at Ospedale Privato Accreditato Villa Laura, which is right across the avenue. There are some nice places to eat, and in the evening it’s not too noisy. I highly recommend it. Only a few notes: the bed mattress feels a bit too soft for my taste, but that’s personal; the TV in the room is tiny, the AC works well but is a bit loud if left on all night. Nothing else to mention.

“Ottimo soggiorno”

The place sits in a superb location, 20 minutes from the center and 15 from the airport, in a quiet residential area that still has all the amenities. Stefania is an excellent host, kind and helpful, and I’ve never found a cleaner, more orderly spot. I’m very happy I found this place! The only downside is the parking—it wasn’t easy to find.
