It was wider than I expected and the station was close, which was nice. The entrance was a staircase, so the first day was tough, and on the checkout day the staff moved my luggage down the stairs for me.

Hôtel situé dans une rue au calme bien qu'à moins de 5 mn à pied de la gare d'Ueno. Personnel aimable. Chambre propre. Quelques marches avant d'accéder à la réception, sans rampe d'accès, un peu compliqué avec des valises lourdes

The staff at the property was very accommodating and nice. They were the reason we liked the property. The bed and pillows were not that comfortable was the only negative. The bathtub didn’t drain well

The staff were very gentle, and it was a relief to have someone speaking Spanish. The location is awesome—just around the corner from Ueno Station.
