The room was locked and therefore safe. It was simple but tidy with a great shower. You have to ask questions to find out anything. The staff were friendly but a bit passive. We arrived a bit early, the room was ready but there was no one else, yet we still had to sit outside the door for an hour before we could put our stuff in the room.

I was really impressed with the new room - it was spotless and looked like it had just been renovated. The staff were super friendly and accommodating, which made a big difference. However, the wifi wasn't working in the room, which was a bit of a pain.

The owner, Mrs. Owner, was absolutely fantastic, and the staff were friendly and competent. The place was spotless, quiet, and had a lovely garden. Our room and bathroom were very comfortable and had a great hot shower. The pool was a bonus, and the courtyard was nicely maintained. Plus, we could get a Jeepney ride to the city or airport for a few PHP. We highly recommend it.

I was really impressed with how spotless the whole hotel was, it felt like they were on top of cleaning all the time. The staff were super friendly too, always smiling and willing to help. One thing that was a bit of a letdown was the noise from the street outside, it was pretty loud and made it hard to sleep. Still, the positives definitely outweighed the negatives for me.
