Breakfast, dinner, and typical Japanese dishes were served in a private room with dishes delivered directly to the table, the view was wonderful and the onsen was very good; however the old structure needs renovation, the location isn’t ideal for exploring the Izu Peninsula, and staff could explain the menu better.

The food was tasty, the bath was clean, and the view from the room was great; but the dining area was far from the room (my mother has mobility issues), and it would be nice to have someone to discuss travel plans or souvenirs with.

The location is spot on, right on the ocean. We stayed in a large, clean, and comfortable room with a breathtaking view that was hard to look away from. The beds were versatile, offering both standard and Japanese-style options. The staff were very pleasant and attentive; they welcomed us with a greeting drink, explained everything in detail, and escorted us to the room. The traditional Japanese dinner and breakfast included in the price were tasty, and the open-air onsen was especially enjoyable in the evening under the stars. Free shuttle service to and from the bus station was also very convenient. The only downside was that some furniture looked a bit dated and had signs of wear; a refresh would help, but it didn’t ruin the overall experience.
