Nothing positive. The policy was overly strict for the guest's comfort, and the next day they sent an email explaining what the guest was allowed to do and what they had to keep to, repeatedly bothering us with their rules, which was laughable and unfounded.

The place is great for getting to the beaches and the town centre. The terrace is huge, with a sofa and a small table—perfect for an aperitif or a chill evening. The beds are comfy. We didn’t get a warm welcome from the owners when we arrived; they handed us the apartment keys and were reachable by phone for anything, but they never asked us for our documents or formally registered us.

The spot is good for walking to Rovinj, though expect about 20‑30 minutes to reach the old town centre. It was functional, clean, and comfortable, with straightforward communication and check‑in. A nice addition would be a small shower gel and shampoo, plus basic kitchen items like salt, pepper, and oil.
