The check‑in process was fast and easy, and the location is good with nearby stores and a short distance from Sea World. The only issue was that the elevator area and the elevators themselves were hot and stuffy, which was the main thing that stuck with me.
Everyone in my family adored the hotel—everything felt cozy, spotless, and the staff were incredibly friendly. There was nothing to complain about; everything was fine.
This facility is well located, clean and the staff are very friendly. 1. Their breakfast is disappointing. We had the same breakfast for 3 nights and no variety for choices unlike other BW I have been. 2. Also some of their towels are no more white and have stains. 3. They gave me a dirty torn key card already used by a customer although they changed it when I complained but that shouldn’t have happened in the first place because of infection control

The indoor pool and gym were great, the rooms were decent, and the morning staff member was lovely, even praying for us before we left. However, a few floors were uneven and we tripped a bit around the pool and gym areas.
