The place and the wildlife were good, but the amenities near my cabin were closed for renovations and the ones open were a 4‑minute walk away—information that only came up at check‑in. I was offered an upgrade to a cabin for $190.

A nice, peaceful spot conveniently close to Coffin Bay National Park, and the cabin itself was very comfortable.

A comfy bed and the chance to walk out and see free‑range emus made for a very peaceful stay. The reception area could use clearer signage, especially at night, and the entrance would benefit from better road signs.
