The caravan was exceptional, very clean, and the staff were extremely helpful. No complaints.

The caravan looked modern, clean, and exactly what I expected. The site was tidy and quiet, even though it seemed busy. Trains passed regularly, but that didn’t bother us. We’d definitely come back! The only issue was that the check‑in times need to be updated; they don’t match what’s stated.

The check‑in time didn’t make sense. Checking in before 5 pm was a problem, especially since a key box could have made it easier for guests arriving at the site.

The location was lovely and quiet, close to a pub (unused because we don’t drink), and the busy railway line was only active during the day when we were out exploring. The site and mobile home were clean and the staff were friendly. Security was provided by a key entrance barrier. I’d stay here again as a good base to reach the coast and the beautiful city of York. Thank you.
