I was celebrating my dad’s 80th birthday and the hotel staff welcomed us all warmly. My dad, who has mobility issues, was quickly given an accessible room close to everything. We really enjoyed the recreation, food, and events, and it was a wonderful experience—thanks to the entire team. I have nothing to complain about.

The service, the food, and the free beer at the party were excellent, but the Wi‑Fi was poor.

The staff were great, especially Mr. Leonardo who was always friendly and helpful. I liked everything else about the place.
