The room was large with comfortable beds and the parking was fine, but the air‑conditioning was rubbish, the shower water was lukewarm, check‑in was slow because my prepaid reservation couldn’t be found, there was no TV remote, and the breakfast quality was poor.

The hot water was not available during peak hours, leading to challenges. Also, tourist fee of 10RM was collected two times as I made 2 separate bookings

it's a great room, clean and comfortable. The hot water for the shower was not hot, it was merely warm. I booked 5 rooms and we all had the same experience. You need to have hot water working for your showers
