The owner was very friendly and helpful, greeting us with a nice welcome snack. We rented the biggest cabin, which had everything we needed, plus a large wind‑shaded veranda with a grill, an extra TV, and a fridge. The view of the High Tatras was stunning. The road Google directed us to was closed for renovation, but the host sent alternative directions and the gravel road was in good condition, so we had no trouble getting there. The beds were very comfortable and the living area was spacious. It’s a great spot for people who enjoy peace and nature. The only drawback was that one bathroom for 13 people was a bit inconvenient.

The host was very kind and fair, the view of the Tatras was beautiful, and we had privacy in a clean environment. Unfortunately, the cabin’s temperature regulation was poor: the lower floor stayed cold even with heating, while the upper floor was extremely hot. The beds were awkwardly positioned and uncomfortable. A nearby train track makes the place noisy at night, disrupting sleep.

“Comfortable place”

The property offers plenty of space, has private parking, and the road, though not paved, is in good shape. Inside, everything you need is there plus extras, and there’s a closed barbecue area that can be used even in winter. Just remember to leave 2 € in cash for taxes.

“Off the beaten track relaxed quiet location with views, amenities for cooking”

It’s suitable for car travelers, located in a forest a short distance from town, quiet and safe. The setup is solid, heating works well, and the view is great. The towels could be a bit larger, but that’s a minor issue.
