I was impressed by the hotel's excellent food, beautiful clean pool, and extremely helpful staff. However, the bathroom could use a refresh to meet the high standards set by the rest of the hotel.

I was thoroughly disappointed with my stay, to say the least. The hotel's appearance in the pictures was outdated and misleading. Unfortunately, the equipment was broken, and the overall condition was unhygienic and untidy.

The location was close to the national park where the safari took place. Everything else was terrible: the buns were very dirty. The SIM was also filthy, which is hardly worth mentioning – just look at the photos. We were supposed to have breakfast included, but we didn’t receive it, and the staff barely spoke English. We waited an hour for dinner – they served fries (which were cold) and a fruit salad.
