The location is great, but the name listed on Booking isn’t Hotel Herisau.

The room was spacious and spotless, with a bottle of water included, and the staff were friendly; however, the breakfast buffet claimed a wide selection but items were constantly running out and it often took a while before they were refilled.

The hotel sits close to the train station, and the service and breakfast were solid, but you have to pay extra for scrambled eggs – they could have been included for free.
