The Inn at Sugar Hill

The place was clean and close to restaurants, and I plan to return when the restaurant opens on Friday.

“Our second stay and we plan to return.”

The property had everything we needed for our stay. We enjoyed casual waterfront dining as well as fine dining. The rooms were well appointed and the beds were ultra comfortable.

I liked the room and the staff were very nice. I wanted to leave at 7 but check‑out was at 8 and there was no desk to check out at. I tried calling but no one answered; there was an innkeeper but all I was told was that they were upstairs. I left the key with another set and left the front door open because I didn’t know what to do.

“It was quiet after the restaurant closed, the staff was very accommodating. I will certainly book there again!”

The Inn is right by the Great Egg Harbor River, and the scenery was gorgeous. I managed to do my daily walks and the neighborhood is quiet.

“The Sugar Inn needs to do a better job with the inside accommodations. There was not enough staff”

My wife and I appreciated Kristy and Megan especially; they were professional and always went out of their way to address any concerns we had. On the downside, the housekeeping at the Sugar Inn fell short: we asked for fresh sheets and towels, but they gave us a table cloth instead. That was totally unacceptable for the price we paid, so I wouldn't recommend this place to friends or colleagues.
