Riverview Country Inn is a 1‑star place with a 5‑star bed – the best I’ve ever slept on – and the restaurant offers a variety of dishes, all of which have been delicious each time I’ve stayed there four times; the prices are very reasonable, the staff treat you like family, are friendly, efficient, and make you feel at home from the moment you arrive; it may not be a holiday resort, but as a stopover it’s perfect, so I highly recommend it. The weather is cold and windy, but there are heaters in the rooms and electric blankets.
