“Spotless stay, wonderful staff”

The place was exceptionally clean, spacious, and fully equipped. I booked last minute and the staff responded within minutes, gave clear arrival instructions, welcomed me warmly, and were incredibly helpful with my early check‑out and luggage. :) Everything was spotless, from the room and bedding to the pool area. No complaints at all.

“Hôtel intéressant au vu du prix proposé mais peut facilement corriger les manquements.”

The apartment was spacious and the kitchen was well equipped. The staff lacked professionalism, the bedding was uncomfortable, and soundproofing was insufficient—there were noisy works, traffic, and traditional music. The bathroom plumbing was new but defective, with a large water leak on the day of our departure that flooded the bathroom.

We stayed just one night, but the hosts were incredibly kind, the apartment was spacious, the equipment was great, the bedding comfortable, the pool inviting, and the location only 10 minutes from Sanur port; everything was spotless. We could have easily stayed a week.

The staff were friendly and smiling, the apartment was nice and clean, and the surroundings were pleasant. However, ants were everywhere in the unit, and the pool had a chemical that caused intense itching on the skin, so we only used it once and had to wash with water and soap to stop the itch. It was disappointing, especially traveling with kids. There was no hot water in the shower, just cold, and the bathroom smelled strongly of sewage. The staff tried to address this by placing scented balls and other items, but the smell persisted because it came from the drains. I wouldn’t recommend this place and I won’t return.
