A rustic hotel on a beautiful spot with very friendly staff! The area is great for walking (we did the Lee trail), food at the restaurant was tasty, and the atmosphere is cozy. The rooms feel a bit old‑fashioned but are clean with good mattresses and otherwise fine. The tennis court needs repairs.

The location was good. A pill was on the floor in the room—great if you have a pet and don’t notice it in time, which could end your pet’s life.

The spot is genuinely stunning, and we also enjoyed the sunny weather, making it a pleasure to stay outdoors. The staff were friendly and attentive. The room was small but acceptable and appeared clean at a glance, though the bathroom could use a modernisation in our opinion. The food was decent, and breakfast was very extensive. In the gym, the disinfectant liquid was on and the tap at the toilets/sauna didn’t provide water; we reported this that morning, but unfortunately it was not fixed or replenished the next day.

Great location by the river. Hiking trails are right in front of the hotel.
