The location was convenient, the host was pleasant, the room was spacious with a full‑wall window offering a good view and an even better view from the terrace above. An interesting bonus was the long monologues of a parrot on the stairs in the evenings. Overall, I liked it. The internet was very bad. The shower head drips, but that’s not critical. The tap water pressure is weak, and when neighbors turn it on it drops to zero. Since the shower is just in the bathroom without a cabin and space is limited, it’s better to hang clothes outside while washing. The toilet makes a ghostly whistling and scraping sound when flushed, apparently the neighbors have the same issue, and the noises can be heard at any time of day (for those who aren’t afraid of ghosts). The window to the street requires physical force to close.

The hotel manager, Miss Mary, was extremely friendly, responsive, and understanding. We felt as if she had become part of our family. We spent a wonderful and very pleasant time at the hotel. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff were very friendly and attentive. The overall service was top‑class. The location was very convenient and easy to get anywhere. Thank you for everything. We would gladly stay again :)

The location is good, close to the beach and attractions. The host is positive and the staff are friendly. For anyone who wants to see Batumi, we recommend it.
