The staff were young but excellent, though the food was a bit plain and the dining area felt somewhat sad.

The bathroom hygiene was fine. The wheelchair accessibility only made it to reception, then I was left to deal with stairs. I also couldn’t dine even though we had mentioned it. The only option was to go to a McDonald’s.

The breakfast was good, but the room felt overly demanding.

The location was great, but I was next to the cleaning kitchen in room 202 and was woken before 03.00 am by someone who definitely made a half‑hour of noise; after that I couldn’t sleep again and left at 06.00 am without breakfast.
