The bed was a very large single mattress as apposed to two beds pushed together like some places and was very comfortable. Large nice tv screen. Very dated and worn down. Felt small. Bedframe was torn on corners, a night stand was falling apart, tilted so that things rolled off it. Carpet in the room had stains. Minifridge very small and placed in cupboard in doorway on the floor so it took an effort to reach down to access it, would have been nicer below the desk below the tv. Room faced a back alley where a nightclub or a restaurant backdoor also lead to, at times loud noise from that place echoed to our window

The room was comfy and the location was good and safe. The hotel provided an internal phone but was not working. We told the reception upon checking out and I was surprised that he said he knew about the phone not working.then why put it in the room? We requested for air conditioning room and there was the control remote affixed to the wall but it was not working.only to find out that it was controlled by the reception or the hotel. We were cold by night and requested the hotel to increase the temperature only to be told that they night shift staff wont be able to do so! The worst part was I was in the room and was about to enter the bathroom to take my bath and the door bell rang and before I could open the door, the door was opened by a man!!!! I was shocked and was so afraid, as I was alone in the room. Later when my daughter came back to room, she made a complaint and was told that the cleaner had mistakenly got the wrong room to clean! Crazy!!!
