Rooms have colourful interiors, wooden flooring, and en-suite bathrooms with shower facilities. The hotel provides a gym, kids' club, and 24-hour front desk, and is 20 minutes from Kuta and Seminyak, 25 minutes from Ngurah Rai International Airport.

The staff was amazing and the area is well located. The room size is small.

The food was excellent; our whole group loved the variety and quality at both the breakfast buffet and the a‑la‑corte dinner menu. The staff was very courteous and polite, and overall service was a 10/10. The location is right beside the mall, which has everything; after checking other shopping complexes and markets, we returned here because everything is under one roof. Nothing to do with the hotel itself: beware of chain snatchers on scooters/bikes on the main road close to the hotel.

The hotel was clean, comfortable, and sufficient. The only downside was the busy street.
