The place was nicely quiet and had plenty of breakfast, even fresh strawberries, plus the owner’s unexpected gift was a pleasant surprise; the bedroom had a bit of a draft, and the path to the Stadsherberg was a bit tricky in the dark, with a reckless driver pushing you to go faster, but inside the inn it was all calm and restful.

A warm welcome from an amazing host, a delicious breakfast, and the host Ton shared a lot about the area, giving you the feeling of stepping into a theater.

The host and breakfast were excellent, with a friendly reception, a charming building, and a truly outstanding breakfast featuring a cooked egg, fresh jus, and a beautiful poetic presentation by the host afterward.
